Anne L. McGihon practices in the areas of commercial and business law, including litigation and transactional matters, as well as election law. Ms. McGihon's transactional and regulatory experience includes letter of credit transactions, mergers, acquisitions and holding company formations, debt restructuring, workouts and related matters, private placements of securities, asset tracing, pre-judgment and post-judgment collections, as well as non-profit affordable housing matters, including tax credit projects. Her litigation experience includes Title VII and employment issues, commercial litigation, director and officer liability, appellate issues, securities (including class actions), dissolutions, insurance matters, arbitration and construction law. Andrew Oh-Willeke is a cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, and is admitted to practice in New York State and Colorado. He has practiced law since June of 1995, primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, tax, real estate, corporate law, and commercial litigation. He has published and taught continuing legal education classes in the area of estate planning, and has previously served as a full time associate professor at the College For Financial Planning in Greenwood Village, Colorado, where he taught estate planning in the master’s degree program.
Andrea Montague practices in the areas of litigation, employment and business law. She has practiced in New York and New Zealand and represented the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education, non-profits, and product liability plaintiffs. Ms. Montague received a B.A. from George Washington University, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and is fluent in Spanish.
Timothy D. Knaus is Of Counsel to the firm. He has 25 years of corporate litigation experience in Colorado, and a governmental affairs, political and media practice. Mr. Knaus was elected to two terms as Chair of the Colorado Democratic Party. He received a B.A. Phi Beta Kappa from Colorado State University, and a J.D. with Honors from the University of Nebraska where he served on the Nebraska Law Review.
